If we are unable to resolve your obvious preferences, you are entitled to a refund under the terms and conditions below. **
Three-day rule applies. Booked activity is confirmed by us to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service will not be able to be performed as requested, the customer will receive a notification of this and will be entitled to a 100% refund in case of cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out in the desired way, the customer can have alternatives suggested to him. The customer has automatically accepted these options if cancellation does not take place within 72 hours of information provided by us. Customer is guaranteed 100% refund in case of cancellation before 72 hours after direct payment. In case of cancellation in other situations, we conduct a transparent dialogue and try to find a solution that suits both parties.
The booked activity includes shorter consultations and personal customer service every day of the week.
