Booking Conditions
The three-day rule applies. Booked activity is confirmed by us to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service will not be able to be performed on request, the customer will receive a notification about this and will be entitled to a 100% refund in case of cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out in the desired way, the customer can have options proposed for him. The customer has automatically accepted these options if cancellation does not take place within 72 hours of the information provided by us. Customer is guaranteed 100% refund in case of cancellation before 72 hours after direct payment. In case of cancellation in other situations, we conduct a dialogue and try to find a solution that suits both parties.
The booked activity includes shorter consultations and personal customer service every day of the week.
