Three-Day Rule Applies: Booked activities are confirmed to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be provided as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be fulfilled as requested, alternative options may be offered to the customer. These alternatives are automatically considered accepted if no cancellation is made within 72 hours after receiving the information from us. Customers are guaranteed a 100% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of direct payment. In other cancellation situations, we maintain transparent communication and will work to find a solution that suits both parties.
