Sales and Delivery

Experience ticket and order confirmation will always be sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as the consumer at the time of receipt of the ticket.

Once you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket will always be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our message has ended up in your spam folder or campaign folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly for help.

Experience Gift Card

Our gift cards are an amount gift card that can be used as a means of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Three-day rule applies. Booked activity is confirmed by us to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service will not be able to be performed as requested, the customer will receive a notification of this and will be entitled to a 100% refund in case of cancellation.

If part of the reservation cannot be carried out in the desired way, the customer can have alternatives suggested to him. The customer has automatically accepted these options if cancellation does not take place within 72 hours of information provided by us. Customer is guaranteed 100% refund in case of cancellation before 72 hours after direct payment. In case of cancellation in other situations, we have a dialogue and try to find a solution that suits both parties.

Weather conditions

Safety and good conditions are a top priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to carry out the experience. Should this occur the experience manager will contact you to find a new date jointly.

Requirements upon arrival to the experience

You are requested to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. Upon arrival to the experience, you should be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation.

When purchasing an experience on Occasions By Melker, we need the following information:

The personal data is registered with Occasions By Melker and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have used your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your data 30 days after the completion of the experience or redemption of your experience certificate from the experience controller. We must continue to store names and addresses for five years according to the Accounting Act. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about what data is being collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer data encrypted. Information provided to Occasion By Melker is not passed on or sold, and we do not record any sensitive personal data. As a registered customer of Occasions By Melker, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to gain insight into what data is registered about you. You have these rights according to the PUL and requests in connection with this are directed to Occasions By Melker via email.
