Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. A booked activity will be confirmed to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be provided as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out as desired, the customer may be offered alternatives. The customer is automatically considered to have accepted these alternatives if no cancellation is made within 72 hours after the information has been provided. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of direct payment. In other cancellation situations, we engage in a transparent dialogue and aim to find a solution that suits both parties.
