All choices and preferences for your booking can be arranged afterward via email or phone. Most preferences can usually be accommodated. Simply make your booking first, and you will receive the contact details. If we cannot fulfill your obvious preferences, you are entitled to a refund according to the terms below.

Pick-up location: Your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall, just after customs, holding a sign with your name.
Drop-off location: Directly at the terminal’s VIP entrance.

Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. A booked service will be confirmed to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be provided as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.If part of the booking cannot be carried out in the desired way, the customer can have options proposed for him. The customer has automatically accepted these options if cancellation does not take place within 72 hours of the information provided by us. Customer is guaranteed 100% refund in case of cancellation before 72 hours after direct payment. In case of cancellation in other situations, we conduct a dialogue and try to find a solution that suits both parties.
The booked activity includes shorter consultations and personal customer service every day of the week.
