Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. Booked activities are confirmed to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be performed as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If parts of the booking cannot be carried out as desired, the customer may be offered alternatives. These are automatically considered accepted if cancellation is not made within 72 hours after the information has been provided. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund if cancellation occurs within 72 hours after direct payment. In other cancellation situations, we will conduct a transparent dialogue and attempt to find a solution that works for both parties.
The booked activity includes brief consultations and personal customer service every day of the week.
