Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. A booked activity will be confirmed by us to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be carried out as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out as desired, alternative options may be suggested to the customer. The customer is considered to have automatically accepted these alternatives if no cancellation is made within 72 hours after the information has been provided by us. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours after direct payment. In other cases, we will engage in a transparent dialogue and strive to find a solution that suits both parties.
