Easy Booking & Personal Support
All menu selections and preferences can be arranged via email or phone after booking. We are usually able to accommodate most requests. Once your booking is completed, you will gain access to our personal customer support, available seven days a week.
If we cannot meet your clear and reasonable preferences, you are entitled to a refund according to the conditions below.
Booking Terms
Three-Day Rule Applies. A booked activity will be confirmed to the customer by us no later than 72 hours after immediate payment. If the service cannot be provided as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out as desired, the customer may be offered alternatives. The customer is automatically considered to have accepted these alternatives if cancellation is not made within 72 hours after receiving the information from us. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours after immediate payment. In other cancellation situations, we will conduct a transparent dialogue and try to find a solution that works for both parties.
The booked activity includes brief consultations and personal customer service every day of the week.
