Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. Booked activities are confirmed to the customer by us no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be provided as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out as desired, the customer may be offered alternatives. The customer is automatically considered to have accepted these alternatives if no cancellation is made within 72 hours after receiving the information from us. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of direct payment. For cancellations in other situations, we engage in a transparent dialogue and try to find a solution that works for both parties.
