Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. Booked activities are confirmed to the customer by us no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be provided as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out as desired, alternative options may be offered to the customer. The customer is automatically considered to have accepted these alternatives if no cancellation is made within 72 hours after receiving the information from us. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours after direct payment. In other cancellation situations, we will engage in a dialogue and try to find a solution that works for both parties.
