Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. Booked activities are confirmed to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be provided as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out as desired, the customer may be offered alternatives. The customer is automatically considered to have accepted these alternatives if cancellation is not made within 72 hours after the information has been provided. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours after direct payment. In other cancellation situations, we conduct a transparent dialogue and try to find a solution that works for both parties.
The booked activity includes short consultations and personalized customer service every day of the week.
