We usually arrive 2–4 hours before the food is served.
The price includes preparations, costs for the prep kitchen, delivery, service, ingredients, staff, menu customization, basic cleaning/dishwashing, and drink recommendations if desired. Personal customer service is available every day of the week after payment.

Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. Booked activities are confirmed to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be performed as requested, the customer will receive a notification and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If a part of the booking cannot be carried out as requested, the customer may be offered alternatives. The customer is considered to have automatically accepted these alternatives if no cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the information being provided. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund if cancellation occurs before 72 hours after direct payment. In other cancellation situations, we engage in a dialogue to find a solution that works for both parties.
The booked activity includes short consultations and personal customer service every day of the week.

Tre-dagars regel gäller. Bokad aktivitet bekräftas av oss till kund senast 72 timmar efter direktbetalning. Om tjänsten inte kommer att kunna utföras enligt önskemål kommer kunden att få ett meddelande om detta och har rätt till 100 % återbetalning vid avbokning.
Om del av bokningen inte kan utföras på önskat sätt kan kunden få alternativ föreslagna till sig. Kunden har automatiskt godkänt dessa alternativ om avbokning inte sker inom 72 timmar efter information från oss.
Kunden är garanterad 100 % återbetalning vid avbokning innan 72 timmar efter direktbetalning. Vid avbokning i andra situationer för vi en dialog och försöker hitta en lösning som passar båda parter.
Vid bokad aktivitet ingår kortare konsultering och personlig kundtjänst alla dagar i veckan.
