Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive contact details for direct communication. If we are unable to meet your apparent preferences, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the booking terms below.
General Cleaning
Dusting: Dusting of all surfaces, furniture, and decorative items.
Floors: Vacuuming of carpets and floors, plus mopping of all hard floor surfaces.
Kitchen: Cleaning of cabinet exteriors, countertops, sinks, and faucets. Cleaning of stovetop/oven and exterior of appliances.
Bathroom: Thorough cleaning of toilet, shower/bathtub, sink, and mirrors. Descaling of faucets and showerheads when necessary.
Windows (Interior): Cleaning of the interior of windows upon request (limited area; contact us for full window cleaning services).
Waste: Emptying of trash bins and replacement of liners (new liners provided by the client or as agreed).
Products and Equipment: We use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment.

Booking Terms
The three-day rule applies. A booked activity will be confirmed to the customer by us no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the requested service cannot be provided, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If any part of the booking cannot be carried out as requested, the customer may be offered alternative options. The customer will be deemed to have automatically accepted these alternatives if no cancellation is made within 72 hours after receiving the information from us. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours after direct payment. In other cancellation situations, we will maintain transparent communication and strive to find a solution that works for both parties.
A booked activity includes a short consultation and personal customer service available every day of the week.
