Easy Booking & Personal Support
All preferences and menu selections can be arranged with us via email or phone after your booking. We are usually able to accommodate most requests. After completing your booking, you’ll receive access to our personal customer support, available seven days a week.
If we are unable to meet your reasonable expectations, you are entitled to a refund according to the terms below.
Booking Terms
Three-Day Rule Applies. A booked activity will be confirmed by us to the customer no later than 72 hours after direct payment. If the service cannot be provided as requested, the customer will be notified and is entitled to a 100% refund upon cancellation.
If part of the booking cannot be carried out as requested, the customer may be offered alternatives. The customer is considered to have automatically accepted these alternatives if no cancellation occurs within 72 hours after receiving information from us. The customer is guaranteed a 100% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours after direct payment. In other cancellation situations, we will conduct a transparent dialogue and try to find a solution that works for both parties.
The booked activity includes brief consultations and personal customer service every day of the week.
